    A real treat, I discovered this new Belgian waffle restaurant in Enghien with my partner when it opened several months ago and I have become a loyal customer since then and my taste buds never tire of rediscovering these sweets in all their forms. These waffles are just as good in their savory or sweet versions. A wide choice is available and all the recipes I have tried are a real treat in the mouth. I can't wait to see the next new products arrive. The ingredients are quality and well selected and go well together and the quantity is copious too, probably the best value for money among waffle restaurants. In addition, the team is super welcoming, attentive and very friendly. I have already recommended this restaurant to several members of my family and colleagues so I recommend to all foodies a little visit, you will not be disappointed!

    Wow wow wow!!! An experience that I will not soon forget... Prepare to please your palate and your sweet tooth. Well, already, the basics and why we look at the reviews: THE WAFFLES ARE EXCELLENT. But I have to detail it, because I've eaten enough waffles in my life to know that they are particularly good and that the concept of this place is truly innovative. Yes yes, because in addition to having generous savory waffles with a well-thought-out combination of flavors, my sweet side makes me want to detail the choice offered which is not found elsewhere - or else you have to take the train... and again. SO... - a waffle batter that includes flavors! Like frangipane waffle (A KILLER this one), apple cinnamon waffle (), so clearly without the need for supplements they are in themselves original and super good (you can always add the nice coulis eh). - And I'm a fan of basic Liege waffles with just the sugar crystals, well I discovered something here: you can put chocolate bars IN the waffle, which melt just right before tasting. So I didn't know the concept, but it meets too many expectations not to write a detailed review! YOU NEED TO TEST! - I almost forgot, but even Belgian hot chocolate (melted chocolate) is also super good... and I have often been disappointed with hot chocolates offered by brands that don't specialize in it, so I was afraid of being one here. But no, even that was delicious. - I wanted to stop there because there are too many good points, but I add because it's a pleasure to be welcomed like that: a top team, both in the smiles distributed and the kindness and in the time given for explanations and advice. I almost envy (even not almost) those who live in Enghien les Bains, and secretly hope that it becomes a channel that allows Gaufrea to come closer to my home! Thank you for this experience!!
